Başakşehir Atatürk Oto Sanayi Sitesi’nde geçtiğimiz gece çıkan yangında hayatını kaybeden 51 yaşındaki Abdullah Damkacı'nın, olay anında iş yeri sahibini ziyarete geldiği ve birlikte oturdukları sırada çıkan patlamayla alevlerin arasında kalarak can verdiği ortaya çıktı. Yangına dair güvenlik kamerası kayıtları ise facianın dehşetini gözler önüne serdi.
